This is a museum that underscores the lives and achievements of a group of students who had very little, but accomplished a lot. It wants the youth of today to realize that there are no excuses - just do it!
It is very interesting to see report cards from long ago students that deal with typing, languages, music, and to realize that cleanliness was dealt with in the schools.
The woman who runs the museum works very hard to get community input, and to have the place be an active part of the community.
