Dixie Springs Architectural Control Committee, Inc advertise the subdivision as as “no HOA” community, but had strict CC&Rs enforced by a 3 member board who determine all decisions made to existing homes or new builds. That is until 11-1-2022 when 63% of lot owners voted to eliminate their authority by enacting a new amendment to the CC&Rs removing any reference to the Architectural Control Committee.
