Mission: It is our mission to empower people with disabilities toward full community participation and integration.
Programs: Assist disabled persons. Independent living assist and empower people with disabilities toward full community participation and integration by providing information referral, peer support, and independent living skills training. In addition, we provide access to residential homes through ramps and rails construction.
