Mission: To advance the independence, productivity and full inclusion into the community of jackson, lenawee and hillsdale county's children and adults with disabilities.
Programs: Loan closet/disability assistance programs: the organization's loan closet program is designed to provide individuals with disabilities in the surrounding region with durable medical equipment. This equipment is loaned out to those individuals at a discounted price and returned to the organization at a later date. The organization also provides respite care services and activities such as social and recreational opportunities for disabled individuals, assistance to disabled veterans, services to help individuals transition from an institutional or hospital setting back into the community, and services to high school students and young adults to help prepare for employment readiness.
