Dillon was professional in all aspects of both of my adoptions. The best part of Dillon is knowing how much they care about orphans, not just helping people to adopt. My first child was adopted from Vietnam in 2002. Vietnam adoptions were shut down in 2003, but Dillon continued to do humanitarian work and even increased it's presence to make sure orphans were being taken cared for. OrphanCare is about helping children all over the world and they do so many great things! I highly recommend Dillion International!
