Causes: Education, Student Sororities & Fraternities
Mission: The fraternity fosters the personal growth of our members though the observation and practice of leadership. To do this, we create the time and space in our chapter meetings and events to cultivate self-reflection, inspire relationship building, and demand action in leadership.
Programs: Series of active programming meant to strengthen bonds between members and engage alumni through mixers, team building activities, and speaker series. We engage not only our current members, but also put on events that promote leadership development throughout the university of southern california. We estimate reaching approximately 700 people.
marketing and communication involve recruitment into our organization to expand and diversify our member base. This program is also used to host our website, distribute promotional materials, and advertise for our events. Through our advertising, we estimate we reached about 7,000 individuals
this budget was used on specific activities to enhance the members leadership development. This includes books, ropes courses, and material for experiential leadership simulations. We estimate reaching 100 people with this programming.
