Programs: Community living arrangements - community living arrangements services are provided to persons with developmental disabilities in a community home environment in order to further their personal and social development and enhance their independent living skills. This program includes: group homes, respite facilities, and supervised apartments. They live in home settings located in various communities throughout new jersey. The homes vary in number of residents and are staffed 24 hours per day. Primary funding is provided by the new jersey division of developmental disabilities.
supportive living arrangements - supportive living arrangements services are provided to people with developmental disabilities in apartment settings in order to further their personal and social development and enhance their independent living skills. This program includes: supportive living community supports, supportive housing, and individual residential services. They may live independently or may share living arrangements with another individual. Staffing for these arrangements vary widely based on the needs of the person. Primary funding for these services is provided by the new jersey division of developmental disabilities.
family support services - family support services are provided to individuals with development disabilities in their own home setting in order to further their personal and social development and enhance their independent living skills. A variety of family support services are offered to the family including: advocacy, information/refferal and assistance in utilizing existing natural supports within their community. Primary funding for these services is provided by the new jersey department of children and families.
