Mission: To provide interpreter services and individual assistance to the deaf and hearing-impaired population in the four-state area centralized in hagerstown/washington county maryland
Programs: The association provided 2079 hours of service to deaf and hearing-impaired individuals and their members from problem solving to equipment acquistion. The association provided and arranged for interpreting services at events serving 14,756 deaf and hearing-impaired individuals. The association provided sign classes intruction to 70 individuals. These were the results and achievments for 2017 under the associations interpreter service program.
