I cannot say enough about how hard everyone there works to help the child care programs in Western Maryland. APPLES staff members are dedicated to offering high quality in-person and virtual workshops that are informative and interesting. They have a wide variety of trainers who are interesting and engaging. When child care programs ask for help, someone is always there to answer questions or assist in any way possible with anything from Credentialing to children's challenging behaviors. As a busy director, I know that I can always count on APPLES to help or find someone who can help me. Thank you for all you do!

Apples for Children has been such a great steppingstone for my career as a professional Family Childcare Provider. If it weren't for all the great and wonderful staff they have and have had over the last 8 years of my career, I honestly wouldn't be where I am today! Besides them helping me with trainings, resource room (laminating, photocopies, books, supplies, etc.), they have also helped me obtaining Credentialing and EXCELS Certificates. They have showed me that a "Helping Hand" can go far and beyond!!! I LOVE Apples for Children

Apples went above and beyond to help me find childcare. Selecting childcare for the first time is a daunting task. The folks at Apples worked with me to find a list of childcare providers in my area. Then they provided me with some questions I might want to ask while interviewing potential childcare providers. With their help, we found a wonderful childcare provider. Finding childcare could've been a stressful process, but Apples made it a breeze!! Thank you, Apples!!

Wonderful staff that are caring and supportive that continues to find the best resources to help with whatever situation I need. There’s so many opportunities that they go out of their way to assist you with. They have grown so much with the staff they have now by weeding out the ones that just didn’t care to do their jobs correctly. Will continue to refer other families to this group so they can continue to do the wonder job that they always provide.

Apples used to be good when they had staff that continued to stay year after year. Now it seems that every time you turn around someone else is leaving this place. In my years of experience, before owning my own family daycare, when there is high turn over then it's usually management. I really enjoyed working with Stephanie. She helped me out so much. if the circus over at apples continues, I'm just going to reach out to someone else for their help!

The current Executive Director has run this place to the ground! Every staff member has left that place except her. It's hard to try to build a relationship with any of the staff because you fear they are going to leave. It used to be such a great community support, but now it's not even worth my time to ask them for help with my program. Huge loss for the child care community.
