Programs: Cryo2013 inc organized and ran the 50th annual meeting of the society for cryobiology. The meeting was held at the marriott conference center in north bethesda, md from 28-31 july 2013. The conference was attended by 234 participants from the usa and several other countries. The conference comprised 17 scientific sessions that included 2 plenary sessions, 13 symposia, and workshops. Formal presentations included 185 podium and poster presentations. There were 24 commercial companies that provide equipment and services related to cryobiology and 8 sponsors in attendance.
