Mission: The mission of Crossroads is reduce juvenile deliquency by redirecting and guiding troubled teens who have developed personal, social and/or family problems due to wrong choices, peer pressure, academic failure, addictive behavior, low self-esteem, recovery from physical and sexual abuse and emotional trauma, or a dysfunctional family. Educational insufficiencies are remediated in a one-on-one setting resulting in accelerating the teen to grade level, which in turns enables the teen to achieve either a high school diploma or a GED. Therapeutic processes have been developed for anger management, substance abuse and prevention, restorative justice, sexual perversion, sexual misconduct, and sexual abuse recovery, improving behavior, respecting authority, citizenship, handling peer pressure, and low self esteem. Character training, developing strong work ethics, self-discipline, and strong family values, are all components of Crossroads'' comprehensive redirectional education program.
