I provided service to Todd and maintained a professional demeanor until he inquired about my personal life, at which point the interaction took a negative turn. Todd terminated the services and threatened to discontinue them unless I divulged personal information that he had no right to access. He insisted on details that I am not obligated to disclose, demonstrating dishonesty and an inappropriate intrusion into my privacy. Very rude that's all I can say.
