Mission: To provide a nurturing environment for people to discover, develop and express their artistic visions.
Programs: Features 40+ instructors who are locally and nationally knownartists. Annually, over 500 classes and workshops including claysculpture, ceramics, drawing, fiber, glass, jewely, mosaic,painting, photography, printmaking, metal sculpture, and stonecarving are attended by approximately 1,500 students. Organizes local art exhibitions, lectures and events for thedallas community. Outreach for low-income children and teens through programs suchas camp metalhead, unseenamerica, and involvement with dallas artspartners and thriving minds. Also hosts low cost figure drawingclasses for visual arts students at booker t. Washington highschool for the performing and visual arts.
