I've never seen leadership skills demonstrated so consistently anywhere.
Kids in the program take on leadership roles with an unexpected level of understanding. They get how to lead and what tone to strike. When it's not their turn to be leader, they are far better at supporting the leader than nearly anyone I've seen anywhere.
These leading and supporting skills are on display whether the kids are all learning something for the first time or doing something familiar..
Not surprisingly--given how consistently I've seen the skills among kids--the staff model them very naturally.
I'm endlessly impressed.
