Mission: Countryside christian community, a continuing care retirement community sponsored by the united christian church, provides for the emotional, physical, spiritual and social needs of its residents in a christ centered environment.
Programs: The community establishes, operates, maintains, sponsors and promotes residential and personal care living options and other related health care and community services directly or indirectly relating to improving and protecting the personal health and welfare of its residents. This is accomplished through the use of a 33 bed nursing facility, 20 personal care beds and 23 independent living cottage units. During the 2017 calendar year, the community had 26,371 resident census days.
