Programs: Housing program: a residential facility is provided for students attending u of i. The program permits the intercultural exchange for students. Foreign and us students reside in a 12 room facility. Costs are utilities, insurance, maintenance, repairs and other facility expenses
the cultural programs include opportunities for cultural exchange in the vicinity, international dinners, speakers, programs, discussion groups and the related expenses. Approximately 20 international dinners are held during the year with about sixty people attending each event
the cosmopolitan club of the university of illinois gave money to the ymca of the university of illinois, the peace corps alumni foundation for philippine development, and the united way of champaign county after selling the organization's land and building
