I wad scammed out of $150 by Rodney. Billings in 2006 for a LV replica purse. When he asked that I send a US postal money order I felt comfortable. Just the opposite, the post office where I purchased the money order was no help! In fact, neither was the PA Attorney Generals office (even though the scammer was caught). I had to sue Mr Billings - got a $1,000 judgment and I'm still waiting to collect! But I must say this organization exposed this thief better than the law enforcement officals...
