Mission: The purpose of the association is to represent its members in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with representatives of labor, providing for terms and conditionsof employment and the administration of grievances. In addition, the association administers a construction industry fund to finance programs benefiting the entire construction industry and to provide a means for a greater degree of equitable financial participation in carrying out employer functions.
