Mission: Music education programs for connecticut students
Programs: Cmea supports and promotes effective music teaching as well as providing quality learning opportunities for all connecticut students grades 9-12. These goals are achieved through the all-state and regional festivals, the fall elementary conference and the all-state in-service conference, etc.
grants are made to help secondardy music programs achieve the stated goal of enhanced learning opportunities that would not ordinarily be funded through the public school system.
