Mission: Connect Rwanda’s primary objectives are to bring technology to the classrooms of Rwanda, promote teacher growth and cultural understanding through collaboration, and to foster goodwill in the World.
Results: 2 Network Schools 2,000 students directly impacted 87 teachers participated in tech training
Target demographics: provide technology resources and train teachers in technology.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 2,000 students served and 87 teachers trained in technology.
Geographic areas served: schools. Both in Rwanda and the U.S.
Programs: Teacher Collaboration Trips, Technology Training, Technology Donation Program, Pen Pal Programs (traditional and through Skype) Social Enterprise: Importing Premium Rwandan Coffee to the U.S. to be sold for program fudning.
