Causes: Hot Lines & Crisis Intervention, Mental Health, Suicide Prevention
Mission: To assist and facilitate emotional healing of basic mental health to needy women and their families.
Programs: Connect & breathe inc established a telephone hotline to provide women with a means of outreach and to this date over 40 volunteers have each completed hours of training and volunteered hours of service as part of the hotline's implementation and success. Connect & breathe received calls from 22 different states, canada and south america. It continues to receive positive feedback from callers and donors, and an increase in requests for materials for clinics and medical offices.
