Mission: Concord hill school inspires children to embrace and enjoy learning during the early childhood years. Our five core values - knowledge, character, respect, play, and community - guide our dynamic academic and social curriculum. As an inclusive school community, we nurture each child and prepare our students to become responsible, caring, and contributing members of society.
Programs: Concord hill school demonstrates to its students that acquiring knowledge can be both challenging and fun. Children experience the responsibilities and benefits of being positive, contributing members of their community. In recent years, the second grade science club has won the national siemens "we can change the world challenge" two times - one year for their efforts in reducing carbon monoxide pollutants entering the atmosphere during carpool and the second year for their water conservation efforts and creation of a rain garden. In may 2014, concord hill school was certified as a maryland green school for integrating the environment into instruction and modeling best environment practices at the school. Additionally, the school was awarded the international eco schools green flag.
