Causes: Animal Protection & Welfare, Animals
Mission: Compassionate Action for Animals works to promote plant-based diets and inspire people to respect animals through action, education, and outreach.
Results: Handed out over 250,000 leaflets on factory farming and vegetarianism, hosted numerous speakers including Tom Regan, Carol Adams, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, and Peter Singer (we had 1,400 people attend the latter), hosted national conferences, Their Lives, Our Voices
