Love, empowerment, ethical, proactive and dynamic are the words I would use to describe Community Opportunity Center. They lovingly and comprehensively house and support Developmentally Disabled adults, since 1965. The company was foundered by family members of the developmentally disabled, and has managed to grow and retain the family bonds and family feel in all of the homes and apartments that they have. A rare find.
