Causes: Human Service Organizations, Human Services
Mission: To provide community-based programs and services to disenfranchised Chicagoans. We are a not- for- profit organization founded in 1979 that serves adolescents and adults with advocacy, counseling, tutoring and job placement services. Our main goal is to assist our program participants in becoming productive and effective members of their respective communities.
Target demographics: Our programs, which ground our experiences in preventation and intervention efforts, are rooted in case management. These services are provided to youth in the Chicago area between 13-24 years old.
