Mission: Community health collaborative, inc. Constitutes the community governing board of the federally qualified health centers operated by unity hospital of rochester. Each of these health centers serves a medically underserved area or population and provides preventative and primary health care services regardless of the patient's ability to pay.
Programs: Twelve meetings were held to discuss future operations and the requirements of the compliance manual of health centers.
