I would like to thank the Community Center Carnival Club of New Roads La. For selecting Iris Elizabeth Slaughter as there 2016 Quenn. Iris has been only our queen for 21 years. Now she is the Community Center Carnival Club Queen we the Martin family is very proud. Iris was not suppose to make it to 10 years old and now she's 21. Through all the pain Itis goes through day after day she have very strong faith in God. Where there's a will there's a way no matter how much pain you are in. Thanks for putting a smile on her face.
