Mission: The mission of the Community Anti-Drug Coalition of Hampden County is to prevent drug abuse by helping our youth make the decision not to use illegal drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products. The Coalition supports parents' efforts to protect their children from substance abuse and helps to educate the public about the impact of drugs in our community and promote treatment services for those in need.
