Programs: Commonwealth care alliance (cca) has contracted with community based healthcare practices that have demostrated experience serving adults in a managed framework. Cca is one of massachusetts' senior care option or "sco organizations. The "sco" program is a comprehensive health plan that covers all services reimbursable under a delivery system and its preferred network of providers to medicare and medicaid beneficiaries. Cca is also one of two "one care organizations in the commonwealth.
