The site provides consumers a place to provide feedback and receive information designed to offset the effects of food insecurity. --the organization established a research project that used intercept surveys of consumer health/ food security with a focus on working poor. We collected over 450 completed surveys. --the organization established a demonstration kitchen that will be used to film food preparation and instructional videos. --the organization developed a line of vegetable based health baked goods to add value to the local produce sold on fresh wagon.
