Mission: College track is a national college completion program that empowers students from underserved communities to graduate from college. From the summer before 9th grade through college graduation, the 10-year program provides students with comprehensive academic support, leadership training, community service opportunities and college advising to teach them the skills needed to succeed in college and beyond.
Programs: Started in 1997, college track currently serves over 2,256 high school and college students in east palo alto, oakland, san francisco, new orleans, colorado, los angeles and sacramento. Organization added denver, co as a location in this fiscal year. Over the last 20 years, more than 90 percent of seniors have been admitted to four-year colleges with 57% graduating in six or more years. 85% of our students are first generation college students.
