Mission: The collaborative family healthcare association (cfha) promotes comprehensive and cost-effective models of healthcare delivery that integrate mind and body, individual and family, patients, providers and communities. Cfha achieves this mission through education, training, partnering, consultation, research and advocacy.
Programs: Cfhas programs and services are focused on education and training, research and advocacy. Through its annual conference, web-based materials, and special interest groups, cfha provides education and training on innovative, evidence-based models of health care delivery which integrate behavioral and medical health care practice. With a strong emphasis in facilitating research throughout its constituency, cfha convenes a research and evaluation committee charged with creating opportunities to actively participate in collaborative, integrated care research through training and formal mentoring modalities.
