Mission: Impact business leaders helps professionals transition into social enterprise and impact investing sector around the world.
Programs: Impact business leaders grows the social enterprise and impact investing industry by supporting the transition of management level professionals into the social enterprise and impact investing sector around the world. The program has three main components geared to launch professionals into the social enterprise sector:1) a practitioner-led orientation workshop, 2) personalized career counseling, and3) job matchingduring 2015-2017, more than 100 professionals attended an ibl workshop in the us, the uk, the netherlands, ghana, kenya, and india. A significant number of these professionals successfully moved into roles in social enterprise (not all participants seek jobs). Ibl programs thereby contribute to more fulfilling careers for professionals, fill mid and senior-level talent gaps in social enterprises, and build global network of like-minded individuals to support social enterprise ecosystem growth for years to come.
