Mission: Seeking to put god's love into action, the coastal empire habitat for humanity (cehfh) brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.
Programs: Over the past year, coastal empire habitat for humanity has partnered with 6 families to realize their dream of achieving affordable homeownership. Six new homes were constructed and sold to first-time, eligible homebuyers within chatham county, georgia and financed at no interest. During this period, cehfh engaged 1,909 volunteers who contributed 10,679 hours of service on its construction sites and committees and at its restore. The 143 partner families that cehfh has served since its founding in 1983 contributed approximately 340,783 in property taxes to their municipal and county government over the past year.
