Mission: Co-care, inc. Built ft howard apartments in order to provide affordable housing for older adults wanting to live in the co-care neighborhood, the near west side of green bay. The staff and the co-care board strive to provide quality housing and excellent services for the residents of ft howard apartments. They connect residents to community services and help residents "age in place" whenever possible. They also strive to be an asset to the broadway area neighborhood and an example of quality affordable housing in the overall community.
