Mission: The clearfield-jefferson community mental health center, inc. Is a private, not-for-profit corporation serving the behavioral health and substance abuse needs of the residents of the greater clearfield and jefferson counties area. Our goal is to provide comprehensive high quality and cost effective diagnostic, treatment and recovery services to individuals, families and the community at large.
