Mission: To provide dental care to indigent citizens of clay county,florida, on behalf of the clay county health department at no charge or at a minimum charge. The goals and objectives include: 1) increase access to dental care for uninsured, low-income men, women and children of clay county; 2)provide emergency dental services to the target population; 3) provide basic dental services such as cleanings and fillings to the target population.
