Our kittens were very ill with respiratory infections, ear mites and ringworm the day after we brought them home from adopting them from this business. All the owner did was argue that the diagnosis was wrong....the diagnosis made by a vet. As well, she argued with me that we didn't really need to take the kittens to the vet for the respiratory virus or ear mites....but we believe in giving our animals good, quality care. We will never adopt from this organization again. Not only were they not apologetic, they appear to not really take ringworm or other diagnoses seriously. Boo, hiss on you, Claws and Paws. The good news is that the poor little cats will now have the care they needed and will ok.
