Mission: To build good citizenship by providing a volunteer association of clubs dedicated to serving individual and community needs with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities.
Programs: Provide scholarships and grants to improve the well being and quality of life of individuals and families affected by developmental disabilities. Strenghtening existing membership and chartering of new clubs; training and development of club, district and international offices; and providing public awareness of the function of civitan international.
