CityPak is a wonderful nonprofit. With their subsidization of the sturdy backpacks for the homeless, it makes it very affordable to us to provide backpacks to our neighbors. I've been using CityPak for multiple years, and every homeless neighbor appreciates the durability and usability of these backpacks. They last for years for those unsheltered neighbors who endure rough weather and tough living situations.

I have ordered from CityPak since 2018 for my homeless ministry in Austin, Texas. Our homeless neighbors treasure these backpacks as they have great pockets, the rain poncho, and are extremely well-made! They have lasted several years, and many of our homeless brothers and sisters request these.

At Cross and Crown Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights, IL we have had "The Ministry Of Hope," our outreach to homeless and jobless folks, for 20 years, and we have given out CitiPaks for 5 or 6 years. Our recipients are so grateful for them, and one last weekend said it was a "lifesaver." The reason: they are a larger size, they have plenty of pockets, and they are studier than anything we would be able to find at this price.
Friends of the State Street Family has partnered with City PAK for around 10 years. The backpack is a life line for for our friends experiencing homelessness. The special additions like the document pouch, the strap for attaching the pack to prevent theft while people sleep, the extra pockets and bed roll straps sow how this company has thought of the many hardships face by our friends experiencing homelessness. The company is wonderful to word with, and helps to make sure our community's needs for these backpacks is met. We distribute around 400 City PAKs a year.

CITYPAK is a wonderful organization. Whenever our members are in need of backpacks CITYPAK is the first group we reach out to. They embody the spirit of giving, are incredibly reliable, and provide durable backpacks. Their team are a pleasure to work with because of their passion for helping others. They are timely, responsive, and open to collaboration. Recently we hosted an event where CITYPAK provided backpacks for us to give away and we were able to distribute most while keeping a couple boxes for future members. When our street based youth members are in need of backpacks they ask about CITYPAK backpacks because they feel the backpacks are made with them in mind.
