Mission: CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions empowers older adults, those of any age with a disability and family caregivers to achieve the greatest possible independence, dignity and quality of life. The organization serves eight counties in Central Indiana, including Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby counties.

Programs: In home care services: CICOA's care managers assess personal care needs during at-home visits and coordinate the needed services into a care plan. These services include such things as adult day care, homemaker, respite care, attendant care, home health aide, home delivered meals and home modifications.
Nutrition: CICOA served more than 841,000 meals to seniors and persons with disabilities through its neighborhood meal site and home delivered meal programs in Marion and the surrounding counties.
Other support: CICOA provides other support to seniors and adults with disabilities including transportation, legal assistance, senior services agencies, and social services. CICOA also provides services to those who may need help with Medicare billing, finding local support, and care options for families through their elder solutions program. CICOA provided information and assistance to 107,778 individuals and families.
