Results: Founded in 1961, CCH currently manages over 60 facilities, providing over 5400 apartments, and serving over 6300 seniors. And yet the need for affordable housing for seniors continues to grow at an astounding rate, where demand is great and supply is small.

Target demographics: CCH provides affordable quality housing for seniors age 62+ whose income is less than 50% the area median income (AMI), These residents pay no more than 30% of thier income for rent and utilities.

Programs: The organization own and operate affordable housing facilities which provide quality, safe and affordable housing for low income families. The organization also serves as a managing general partner in partnerships that provide affordable housing for low income families.
