Programs: Community homes: this program provides living arrangements to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and to facilitate their integration into community life with each person's health, safety and well-being insured in each residential setting. Opportunities for socialization and the development of leisure skills are also available. The residual group homes rehabilitation services had 14 residents with 24 hours, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year of direct care and supervision. 33,262 hours per year of direct care provided as per cost plans of title xix medicaid/state of montana.
work/day services: this program provides functional training in non-residential settings which is based on the individual plans of adults with developmental disabilities. These services include training, addressing basic life skills, vocational skills, and work activities skills. Training is generally directed toward skills prerequisite or integral to vocational activities. These service direct training activities toward movement of individuals to increasingly higher levels of independence. Work
supported living: this program proivides services to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in a tranitional living apartment or neighborhood housing located in the community to assure that these individuals receive habilitation services designed to enhance the independence of that individual who is at least 18 years of age.
