Mission: Provide medical care to patients and families in northern illinois and surrounding areas.
Programs: Children's physician group, p. C. ("cpg") is an illinois non-profit corporation and a charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The primary purpose of cpg is to provide quality medical services to children in the northern illinois community, regardless of the patient's ability to pay. In 2013, cpg ceased active provision of medical services but continues to manage business obligations of the corporation. Cpg continues to evaluate its future service opportunities.
