Mission: The Chicago Recovery Alliance is committed to respect for every woman, child or man using alcohol or other drugs and to assisting any positive change in the reduction of drug-related harm with all people.
Results: After 20 years of operations, we have reached over 50,000 unique individuals and sustained constructive contact with them for as long as 20 years.
Target demographics: Any person using drugs looking to reduce the risks of same via any means, i.e. anyone looking to make any positive change as they define it for themselves.
Direct beneficiaries per year: All people visiting our sites of outreach, collaborating with us in providing such services or making cellphone contact with our staff and volunteers.
Geographic areas served: Area in and around Greater Chicagoland.
Programs: Outreach, syringe exchange, vaccinations, various disease testings and overdose prevention.
