Mission: To provide services for people with developmental disabilities.
Programs: We provided day habilitation services to assist indmduals to acquire, retain or improve their self-help, sociauzation and adaptive skills including communication, travel and other areas in adult education. Activities and environments were designed to foster the development of skills and appropriate behavior, greater independence, community inclusion, relationship building, self-advocacy and informed choice.
we provided residential habilitation program which includes the care, skills, training and supervision provided to developmentally disabled individuals in a non-institutional setting. Services includes assistance with acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to activities of daily uving along with the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable the individual to reside in a non-institutional setting.
we provided medicaid service coordination program assists persons with developmental disabilities and their famiues in gaining access to services and supports appropriate to their needs.
we provideed other programs including: individual support services which provided assistance to people with developmental disabilities in locating, leasing, or buying individualized living arrangements that are alternatives to traditional group living, respite services provided relief from the demands of care giving to individuals who are responsible for the primary care and support of an individual with a developmental disability.
