Mission: In 1994 Carol Perry, the daughter of Charlie Taylor, was the victim of a violent crime resulting in a spinal injury and permanent brain damage. With the help of professional and medical assistance programs, she has experienced an astounding recovery. Her recovery from this dilemma, inspired her to develop The Charlie Taylor Foundation to assist others in need of guidance and assistance to overcome seemingly overwhelming obstacles and to make available assistance and guidance to people who may not be able to find it on their own. She also wants to demonstrate, by example and through aid provided by The Charlie Taylor Foundation, that it is many times possible to recover from seemingly impossible odds and leave the status of disabled or destitute to begin a productive lifestyle.
