Mission: To provide a Chaplain with tangible items so they provide enhanced care, build relationships and provide the ultimate level of care possible for the troops and their families they support.
Results: 1) We have provided items to help troops stay healthy during the pandemic, such as, masks, hand wipes, immune boosters and care packages of food for those in quarantine or isolation. Our chaplains tell us we have saved hundreds of soldiers in the field from getting sick. 2) we have helped new chaplains build relationships with the soldiers they support by providing care packages containing snacks, coffee and hygiene items which draw soldiers to the chaplains office. 3) We have provided Chaplains on the home front with care packages and morale boosters on the home front. Many non profits don't offer support on the home front and we find that this is so valuable and needed. It keeps up morale, there is something to look forward to and it allows Chaplains to have conversations with their troops as they seek out supplies and desired/needed items from their chaplain. 4) Over and over again we hear how our support impacts a battalion. We are a "go to" on the home front for support. We have provided items for soldiers returning from deployment that need to quarantine, we have provided school supplies for single income and single service members.
