Mission: The chapin school is an independent day school for young women in grades k through 12. Chapin is committed to preparing young women to thrive and lead through the pursuit of academic excellence, personal integrity and community responsibility.
Programs: The school meets the educational needs of approximately 781 students from kindergarten through 12th grade, with an instructional staff of 127 and the additional support of 62 employees. Grants are given by the school in the form of financial aid to eligible students. During the school year ended june 30 2017, 156 eligible students were awarded such scholarships.
