Mission: Chandler hall, a non-profit organization, as guided by the quaker principle of seeking that of god in everyone, provides an array of quality care services for aging individuals, their families and caregivers, who become a part of the chandler hall community.
Programs: Chandler hall health services, inc. Is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) and is authorized to build, own, operate and maintain residential, medical and protective care facilities specifically designed to meet the physical, emotional, recreational, social and religious needs of elderly persons, including, but not limited to, a skilled nursing facility and hospice; to operate such facilities at the lowest feasible cost; and to build, own, operate, and maintain related support facilities and services, all to be used in connection with the foregoing facilities, and for any other proper and charitable purposes. Chandler hall health services, inc. Provides housing, health care, and other related services. Friends nursing home operates a long-term care facility consisting of 53 skilled nursing beds in addition to providing various ancillary services. The hospice program provides services and support to the terminally ill and their families. Chandler hall programs also include independent living, adult day care, clinical physician and nurse practitioner services, and ancillary services for the elderly. At december 31, 2016, personal care services were provided in 129 units, and facility and independent living services were provided in 10 independent living units. Chandler hall health services provided 18,289 care days in its long term care facility, 2,593 care days in its hospice inpatient facility. Chandler hall health services' long term care facility operated at 94. 5% capacity and its hospice care facility operated at 88. 8% of its total capacity in 2016.
